Some of the most expensive decisions I've made weren't caused by a lack of knowledge. They were caused by defending my ego instead of pursuing the truth. Healthy leaders don't grow because they're always right. They grow because they're willing to be corrected.

Healthy leaders don't ask more questions because they know less. They ask better questions because they've learned how valuable clarity really is. Sometimes asking a question isn't about finding a problem—it's about gaining a better understanding.

Confidence can get you started, but humility keeps you growing. Healthy confidence is not pretending to know everything. It is believing you can learn what you do not know.

Healthy leadership is not the absence of emotion. It is learning that not every emotion requires immediate action.
