One idea has stayed with me: every strength carries the potential to become a weakness if we're not paying attention. Learning to See the Treasure in People

One thing I've noticed is that healthy communities aren't built because everyone is the same. They're built because someone learns to see the value in people before everyone else does. It's easy to focus on someone's flaws. Healthy people learn to recognize the treasure that's often buried beneath them.
