For a long time, I thought businesses grew because they had better products or better marketing. The longer we build this business, the more I realize healthy businesses grow because people trust them. Trust isn't built through one great sale. It's built one honest interaction at a time.

Some of the most expensive decisions I've made weren't caused by a lack of knowledge. They were caused by defending my ego instead of pursuing the truth. Healthy leaders don't grow because they're always right. They grow because they're willing to be corrected.
