🎁 Day 36 — HR Issues: Secret Santa Gone Wrong

The annual Secret Santa exchange was supposed to boost morale. Instead, it boosted the HR caseload. 🎄😬

Some elves just can’t handle anonymity. And some *definitely* shouldn’t try humor in the workplace.

🧦 Gift-Giving Gone Wild

Pep got a box labeled “Personality — Add Water.” Sparkles received a candle that smells like “Tinsel and Regret.” And I’m still trying to process the fact that Jingles gave HR a “Complaint Form Survival Kit.” (It included chocolate and earplugs.)

🎅 The Santa Incident

Santa’s gift? A stress ball that says *“Do Less, Delegate More.”* He laughed at first… then called an emergency meeting about “leadership respect.” Guess who had to take the minutes? Me. Of course.

📝 HR Fallout

HR issued a memo titled *“Holiday Humor Guidelines.”* It’s four pages long and includes a flowchart titled *‘Is It Funny or a Lawsuit?’* Spoiler: nothing is funny anymore.

Next year’s Secret Santa will be “optional.” Translation: mandatory, but with cameras. At least my gift was on brand — a mug that says *‘Stay Shady.’*
