Nothing broke today. That was the problem. Delays stacked up, boundaries blurred, and everyone felt the weight of decisions not being made. Waiting, it turns out, is not neutral.

As we wrap up the last few orders before we take a few days off to spend with family and friends for Christmas I have to stop and remember how truly blessed we are. We are blessed to have a roof over our heads. We have shoes on our feet. We have clothes on our back and food to eat. We are in good health.
