Someone Is Waiting on the Other Side of Your Courage
This week I've been thinking about stories.
Not just the stories we tell...
But the stories we almost never do.
The ones we convince ourselves aren't important enough.
The ones we wait to share until life is perfect.
The ones we quietly carry because we assume no one else would understand.
But what if someone else's breakthrough is waiting on the other side of your courage?
We spend so much time asking...
"What if people judge me?"
"What if nobody cares?"
"What if my story isn't enough?"
Maybe we've been asking the wrong questions.
What if someone needs exactly what you've lived through?
What if your honesty gives someone else permission to stop pretending?
What if your struggle reminds someone they aren't alone?
Every Wednesday I get to sit across from people who think they're coming to talk about their business.
By the end of the conversation...
We realize we were really talking about life.
We laugh.
We remember.
We reflect.
Sometimes we get emotional.
Because somewhere between talking about work...
We find the person behind it.
That's the story people remember.
I've never walked away from one of those conversations thinking,
"I wish they had talked more about business."
I leave thinking...
"I'm glad they trusted us with their story."
The longer we build this business...
The more conversations I have...
The more convinced I become that courage isn't the absence of fear.
Courage is choosing to be honest anyway.
Someone is waiting on the other side of your courage.
You may never know their name...
But your story could change their life.

What Healthy Actually Looks Like
Healthy people don't measure the value of their story by the size of their audience. They measure it by their willingness to use it to encourage someone else. You may never know who needed to hear your words—but that doesn't make them any less important.
Sometimes the greatest impact you'll ever have begins with one honest conversation. Your courage may become someone else's hope.
