Our Order Process:  In our experience the best way to manage orders is to follow a few simple steps. 

To get started go to that contact form and submit your request. Be as detailed as possible. We will reply within 24 hours. (Usually within 2 hours)

1. Design: We will provide you with a basic questionairre. This will help us create a concept of your design. (Questionairre will explain the design process in detail)

2. Print: Prior to Printing we will provide a digital proof of your design. We don't print free samples but can print a sample shirt for a small fee. 

We print on a Direct to Garment printer. This process allows us to print unlimited amounts of color within a 12"x15" area and not have to charge a screen charge for each color and allows us to not have a minimum order quantity. 

The downside to DTG is we can not offer bulk discounts and the print process is slower. 

3. Deliver: We ship all our shipments via USPS with the majority of orders shipping out priority mail which is a 2-3 day process. 

Our turn around depends on the size of your order and the current workload we have at the time the order is placed. Typically we will be in a 3-5 business day turnaround then you will have the 2-3 day ship time. 

 

We understand that this process does not fit everyones needs but for those that are looking for Killer designs & prints at a fair price without having to order in bulk this might be exactly what you are looking for.
