☕ Day 37 — The Frosty the Snowman Lawsuit

Looks like Frosty’s back in the headlines — and in court. ❄️⚖️

He’s claiming “unauthorized commercial use of likeness” after Marketing released a *“Frosty’s Cocoa Chill”* mug with his face on it. I told them it was a bad idea. They said, “He’s public domain!” Now he’s public drama.

❄️ Frosty’s Legal Team

He hired the same snow-lawyer who sued the Weather Channel for “defamation by forecast.” They’re demanding 10,000 snowflakes in damages and exclusive rights to “Frosty Fridays.” You can’t make this up.

📸 The Mug Mayhem

The mugs sold out in three hours. Now collectors are flipping them online for five times retail. HR called it “a learning experience.” Legal called it “an invoice.” I call it a Tuesday.

🎅 Santa’s Mediation Attempt

Santa offered to settle by sending Frosty a lifetime supply of hot cocoa. Frosty called it “threatening behavior.” I mean… fair point.

The elves are now required to attend a “Likeness Rights Awareness” seminar. Meanwhile, I’m trademarking “Petty Elf™” before someone else cashes in. Priorities. 💅
