📝 Day 1 — After the Calendar

The calendar changed today.

That was the only announcement.

No bells. No meetings. No sense of relief.

Just a date that no longer tells us what happens next.

📅 January 1

January is quiet at the North Pole.

Not peaceful.

Different.

Christmas creates urgency.

January removes it.

That’s when intentions start to show.

🧭 No Schedule

There is no new agenda.

No rollout.

No official declaration that the Holiday Alliance still exists.

And yet—

The doors are still there.

The reports are still being filed.

And I am still writing.

🎄 Santa Is Busy Elsewhere

Santa did not call a meeting.

He rarely does after Christmas.

That isn’t avoidance.

It’s trust.

Or assessment.

Possibly both.

💘 Cupid Does Not Leave

Cupid is still here.

Not overseeing.

Not evaluating.

Waiting.

He asked me this morning if I was ready.

I asked him ready for what.

He said,

“January.”

🎃 Jack Marrow Is Unseen

Jack Marrow has not been spotted today.

That does not mean he isn’t working.

It means the boundaries are holding.

For now.

So this is Day One.

No countdown.

No deadline.

Just a continuation without instructions.
